I originally joined the Community Foundation for Lancashire as a Development Director in March 2010 when we were at the early stages of our development in Lancashire.
In September 2011 I became Philanthropy Development Director for both Community Foundations, overseeing a team to generate new business and donor development. From April 2013 I took on the role of Community Philanthropy Director, overseeing donor care, community engagement, new business and marketing. This includes ensuring continued high levels of donor satisfaction, tracking and ensuring the social impact of our work with partners and philanthropists and growing our endowment as well as developing our programme of events.
My varied career has included working in regeneration projects, partnership development and event planning/management for private and public sector organisations in Merseyside, Yorkshire and the North East.
