Community Group Satisfaction Survey
If you are a group who has applied for funding from the Community Foundation in the past 12 months we would like to hear your opinion on the service we offer. We are currently conducting satisfaction surveys with community groups and donors alike in order to continue to improve.
The survey will take approximately 3-4 minutes and gives you the opportunity to tell us on the services you would like to see us offer, as well as how you feel we deliver current services.
The survey on Friday 4th December – so please make sure you have your say before this date.

Community Foundation Membership Survey
The Community Foundation for Merseyside is a membership organisation. This means that our membership scheme is written into our memorandum and articles. Members are entitled to cast their vote at our AGMs to ensure that our governance continues to meet the needs of the voluntary and community sector in Merseyside.
From our perspective, the membership scheme is integral to everything we do. Our mission - that is our ultimate objective - is to enrich the lives of people in and around Merseyside and through them create united, thriving and prosperous communities.
As a result we feel it is important that our members feel valued in their role with the Community Foundation. We are keen to make sure our members are getting everything they need out of their involvement with the Community Foundation.
As a result we have created a survey to be completed by all members. This is an opportunity to let us know what you think about the membership scheme and tell us how it could be improved.
